All Zvongo product returns and refunds info can be obtained by contacting Zvongo Support.


If you purchase a product through this Website, Zvongo will ship it on such terms and conditions that we may disclose to you at the time of your purchase. We do not guarantee any shipping service and delivery time. We will, however, make every attempt to dispatch the product as soon as possible after you place your order. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid.


Delivery times may vary depending on where you are in the world but you can usually depend on seeing your items in 6 to 12 working days from the time you placed your order and as long as your order is in stock. If Zvongo cannot fulfill your order or if certain products from your order are not available until a later date, then you will be informed about your estimated delivery date.


Zvongo cannot guarantee the security of data which you send us by email. Accordingly, please do not send us any payment information using email.

Unless we are fraudulent or negligent Zvongo will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of any unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide us when ordering from our website.

Zvongo does not accept cash or cheques for payments online or over the telephone.
